We loved our stay at this luxurious and comfy hotel. The location directly at the river made it even more special. The peaceful area provided a serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. The room amenities, including the balcony and sitting area, were top-notch and made our stay even more comfortable. The free toiletries and well-equipped kitchenette were a nice touch. The staff here were incredible, always welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool and dining restaurant were enjoyable additions to our stay.

Situated near Wild Coast beaches and nestled in a peaceful area, this resort offers an unforgettable stay. You can relax next to the river with a drink in hand or try out the activities available. the spacious and comfortable rooms are spotless and offer all the necessary facilities such as charging sockets and Wi-Fi. the friendly staff is accommodating and always willing to help.

The response of one employee to a guest's question was perceived as rude and not in line with the usual friendly service provided by the rest of the staff.

The location was stunning, with views of the river and wildlife. The food was delicious and we enjoyed a range of activities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family.

The laundry facilities were poor, with some machines not working. There were a lot of bugs in the room, including large cockroaches. The Wi-Fi was only available in the restaurant/reception area and had to be paid for. we had a good stay but it would have been better if the bugs and laundry facilities were improved.

We stayed in a chalet and it was very clean and comfortable. the food was tasty and affordable. We appreciated the good parking options offered by the hotel. the location was great and had good security. There were plenty of fun activities suitable for the whole family at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
